An account keeps the calculators

After a number exists, you can sign in with an email and password, or with Google. The account then keeps the mortgage, the car, the debts, and take-home.
When the card appears
The card waits until housing, the car, or a debt has an amount. A first visit with only the sample does not ask for an email.
You sign in with an email and password, or with Google. A password sign-in stores what was already on the phone. Google and a new account’s confirmation email finish on the return page and store the same calculators.
What is included
Mortgage, car, debt, and take-home are included, even if you never pressed a separate save on each one. Later edits are written while you are signed in.
The stored data is the inputs. Payments and dates are calculated again when you open the app.
What it is not
It is not a loan application, and it does not pay a bill. It does not look up a rate. Another person’s email is not a way to share a household inside this form.
The guides are part of the site, not part of the account. Everyone sees the same hundred articles.
This explains how WiseCalculator treats the numbers you type. It is not a lender’s offer and it is not advice for your loan.
More in The month
- The month is the first screenWiseCalculator opens on the monthly picture. A home or a car is how you start. The form sits beside that picture on a wide screen.
- Four tiles, in any orderMortgage, car, debt, and take-home can be filled in any order. The month adds a slice only when that tile has a number.
- Leftover needs a take-home amountLeftover is take-home minus the month. Until you type take-home, the remainder stays hidden.
