Saving debts on the account

This guide
Debt rows stay on the phone. After you sign in, they are kept with the mortgage, the car, and take-home.
When the phone writes
The debt list is stored in the browser as you edit it, once the form is ready. A list with no balance above zero does not count as a filled debt for the month.
The extra payment is stored in the same place as the rows.
The account
The email card shows up after housing, the car, or a debt balance exists. Signing in with a password or with Google saves the calculators already on the phone, including debts you did not mark with a separate button.
Later edits are written to the account shortly after you make them, while the session lasts.
What comes back
On a new phone, signing in fills calculators that are still empty. The formulas run again from the balances, rates, and minimums. The dates are not a frozen screenshot.
This save is not a payment to a lender. The account holds the inputs.
This explains how WiseCalculator treats the numbers you type. It is not a lender’s offer and it is not advice for your loan.
More in Debt
- A balance is required before a debt countsThe month, the payoff list, and the “you have numbers” check all ignore a debt until its balance is above zero.
- More than one balance in the same monthEach debt has a name, a balance, a rate, and a minimum payment. The month uses the ones with a balance above zero.
- Minimum payments and how long payoff takesEach debt is paid with its minimum plus its share of any extra. The date is how many months that payment takes to reach zero.
