Saving a mortgage on your account

This guide
The inputs stay on the phone as you type. Signing in keeps them on the account, including a mortgage you never marked with a separate save.
The phone remembers first
After a home price is typed, the mortgage inputs are stored in the browser. A blank price is not stored and does not join the month.
Editing the rate, the tax, or the HOA updates that saved copy. You do not need a separate save button for the phone to keep the form.
The account
The sign-up card appears after housing, car, or debt already has an amount. You sign in with an email and password, or with Google, and the calculators already on the phone are stored.
Once you are signed in, the open calculator is written to the account shortly after you edit it. A mortgage you never flagged with an extra save is still included.
What is stored
The stored payload is the inputs, not a locked payment. When you return, the same formulas run again. If the math of the app changes, the month is recomputed from those inputs.
This is not a loan application. Nothing is sent to a lender.
This explains how WiseCalculator treats the numbers you type. It is not a lender’s offer and it is not advice for your loan.

- Interest-only loans are not this scheduleThe mortgage schedule always applies principal. An interest-only period would leave the balance flat, and this tool will not draw that.
- What extra years on a mortgage costLengthening the term lowers the payment and raises cumulative interest. The yearly table is where that cost shows up.
